The great Sahara Desert holds an

Day
1 -
about 5 hours driving
Depart
Marrakech through Azilal and
the Ai Bougmez valley. Arrive
in the valley and overnight
in a charming small auberge.
Day
2-
about 5 hours driving
Piste
towards Zaouia Ahensal and
on to the spectacular cathedral
rock formations. Overnight
in tents.
Day
3
Piste
to Anergui in the Melloul
Massif and on to Cherket.
Overnight camp at Ouaradrane.
Day
4 -
about 4 hours driving
Piste
following the mountain river
Attach and continue on to
Imilchil and camp for the
night near Lake Isil.
Day
5
Piste
following the villages of
the Melloul Massif, crossing
the Ouerz Pass overlooking
High Dades Valley. Drive through
the Msemrir Passage into the
Dades Gorge, on to Ait Youl
and overnight camp near Bou
Trarar.
Day
6
Join
the road through the Dades
valley and on to Skoura and
Ouarzazate. Return to Marrakech
via the Tiz n'Test pass. End
