8 Day Magical Morocco Tour


DAY 1, Saturday - Depart USA

Depart the USA to Morocco. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey

DAY 2, Sunday - Tour of Casablanca

Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Later this afternoon, tour Casablanca. Your half day sightseeing includes the exterior of the Hassan II Mosque and the Corniche seaside. Continue on a short drive through the residential areas of Casablanca to the city center to visit the Mohamed V Square, the Habous quarter and to the Notre Dame de Lourdes Cathedral. Tonight, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant

DAY 3, Monday - Depart for Fez

This morning, depart for Rabat, capital of Morocco, view the Royal Palace and the ancient ruins of Chellah, the Oudaya Kasbah, and the Hassan Tower. Travel through Meknès, stop to see the most exquisite entrance gate in the city walls, the Bab Mansour. Next, visit the ancient ruins of the Roman City of Volubilis and the exterior of the nearby Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss. Tonight, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant

DAY 4, Tuesday - Full Day in Fez

Day at leisure in Fez. Tonight, dinner is included at your hotel

DAY 5, Wednesday - Depart for Marrakech

Depart for Marrakech. Travel through Beni Mellal and experience the ever-changing landscape of the Moroccan valleys and Atlas Mountains along the way

DAY 6, Thursday - Full Day in Marrakech

Day at leisure to explore the souks and medina of Marrakech independently. Tonight, dinner is included at your hotel

DAY 7, Friday - Full Day in Marrakech

 Dinner with Entertainment in Fez Medina Day #4

Enjoy an evening of authentic Moroccan food, in an authentic atmosphere. Dine on salads or haria (soup), Tajines or kebabs of beef or chicken, all while being entertained with music, folklore and bellydancing.

 

 Full Day Fez Day #4

Fez is considered the world's best example of a living medieval city. Wander through the narrow alleys of countless souks (bazaars), tanneries, and remarkable Islamic architecture. Later, visit Fez Jdid (New Fez), planned by the Merinids in the 13th century to incorporate the Royal Palace and Gardens and administrative center of the city.

 

 Full Day Marrakech Day #6

View the towering Koutoubia Minaret, then visit the Dar Si Said Museum, Menara Gardens, and Saadian Tombs. Continue to Djemaa El Fna Square, where street performers, storytellers, snake charmers, and magicians create a spectacle to behold.

 

 Jemaa El Fna Square Dinner - Marrakech Day #6

Jemaa El Fna, located in medina quarter of Marrakech, is the city's main square. This evening, enjoy typical Moroccan fare at a restaurant in the square while watching a traditional dance performance. Pickup details to be advised locally.

 

 Ourika Valley Tour Day #6

Travel through one of the most beautiful valleys in the High Atlas Mountains and enjoy scenic views of tiny villages scattered along the hillsides and Ourika River. View the ruins of an ancient synagogue en route to visit a local market in one of the area's small villages. Tour details to be advised locally.
