PRICES
All prices are fixed and quoted per person in US Dollars.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Reservations should be made a minimum of 60 days prior to departure. Within 10 days from tour confirmation by Vegas Tours, a $100 per person, non-refundable deposit is due in order to consider your reservation firm. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure for all tours. Payment could be made by cash, certified or bank check/ bank wire . If express document shipment is required due to late payment, the expense shall be borne by the traveller.


ACCOMMODATIONS AND HOTELS
All programs are based on sharing a twin room. Single rooms are always limited and subject to a supplement, the price always indicated on each program or tour. Triple rooms are not recommended, they normally consist of two twin beds plus a rollaway bed and some hotels do not even have them available.
The Vegas Tours reserves the right, if necessary, to substitute the listed hotels for others of similar category. Substitutions may be made at any time without prior notice. The Vegas Tours will not be held responsible for hotel overbookings: should this occur, the Vegas Tours will be responsible to finding similar accommodations in the same area.

MEALS, SIGHTSEEING & ESCORTED TOURS
Meals as indicated in each program and do not normally include beverages, except coffee or tea with breakfasts.
Sightseeing tours are provided as indicated, generally with multilingual guides. In the event or any cancellation or modification in the departure dates, partial or the whole tour, due to reasons beyond the control of the Vegas Tours, arrangements will be made for comparable services. Resulting extra expenses will be payable by the tour participant, as well as reimbursement of the resulting savings —if any—of that part which corresponds to the modified portion paid to that date. No further claim for reimbursement shall apply or will be accepted. For individual travel.

TOUR ESCORTS
A professional bilingual/multilingual tour director will accompany the escorted tours while travelling by motorcoach.Most tours will normally operate bilingual and in the unusual event that a group is composed by less than 20 persons, the Vegas Tours reserves the right to operate such tour with a minibus or private car with driver-escort, or by rail transportation.

MOTORCOACHES AND OTHER MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION
Motorcoaches, minibuses, vans or private vehicles have jet-stream air vents and air conditioning. During winter and spring normally the jet-stream vents are operated. In summer and for maximum comfort, air conditioning will be used.

BAGGAGE
If a traveller is participating on an escorted tour, the result of having excess baggage —and subject to space on board the motorcoach— a surcharge shall be paid to the tour director or driver.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
travellers holding confirmation of a tour or program may request a change of dates or even of escorted tour or program. There will be an extra charge if such change is previously accepted by the Vegas Tours.
Cancellations must be received in writing by the Vegas Tours.

Services or meals voluntarily not taken, or abandonment of the program or escorted tour will not be refunded. Should your dates of travel be during congresses, fairs or special events in any city, the hotels may impose a penalty of 1 night accommodation and some others impose stiffer penalties.
If your travel involves air or rail transportation, the Vegas Tours will act according to the different policies of the companies involved.

LATE ARRIVALS
If due to a delay or cancellation of any flight the travellers are not able to join the tour in due time, it will be their responsibility to pay for extra expenses, e.g. transportation to the next city to join such tour.
The Vegas Tours will not be responsible and all claims regarding this matter will be addressed to the transportation company: airline, rail, etc.

CLAIMS
In the event of abandoning a tour by cause of major force, once you return to your Country of origin, a claim must be received in writing by your local Travel Agent within seven days of termination of your tour or program. Such claim will be submitted to the Vegas Tours who will then request to the suppliers for a refund, being no responsible if the supplier unilaterally decides that there is no right to such.

PASSPORTS, VISAS & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
A valid passport is required at time of travelling, as well as visas and health requirements —if necessary— and must by obtained by the travellers prior to commencement of travel. The Vegas Tours will not be held responsible for lack of such documents or if, by any reason, the entry to the visited Country is denied by the local Immigration/Health Authorities. If that would occur, the contracted services will not have any refund.
The registered traveller takes full responsibility for being able to participate in all the daily activities of the group as described on each itinerary and agrees to inform the Vegas Tours of any physical conditions that might affect full participation, noting that many facilities might not have wheelchair ramps. Thus, the Vegas Tours cannot accept any responsibility for providing assistance and access to such facilities during the tour. By so advising, the travellers understands and agrees that the Vegas Tours assumes no liability to the travellers participation in the tour. We strongly recommend you book your tour with a travelling companion (or companions) for such assistance.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES
Federal inspection fees for customs authorities; international or domestic air transportation and applicable taxes; railway tickets; airport taxes; passport fees; visas where required; excess baggage or weight; all hotel extras such as minibars, phone calls, laundry, room service, telegrams, faxes. Should you require any mean of transportation other than the specified on each program as part of your confirmed services, our personnel will be at your service to provide you with the desired transportation, always at additional cost and to be prepaid with the rest of your travel arrangements.

RESPONSIBILITY
The Vegas Tours hold itself free of any responsibility for any cause, in all matters connected with hotels, accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation, whether by air, rail, bus, car, boat or any other means. The Vegas Tours and/or its agents will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any traveller belongings. Baggage and personal effects travel at owners risk through the tour unless insured, in which case the privately contracted Insurance Company will attend any claims.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Vegas Tours and its agents act only as agents for the travellers hotels, restaurants, sightseeing and transportation (such as railways, aircrafts, boats, motorcoach, automobile or any conveyance. The Vegas Tours and its agents shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage, delay or inconvenience arising out or in connection with any defect in any vehicle or any act, omission, neglect, accident, error or default of any company or person engaged in providing such hotel, restaurant, sightseeing, transportation or other services of the tour. The Vegas Tours and its agents shall not be responsible or liable for alteration of the itinerary or arrangement, if such alterations become advisable or necessary for the comfort or well being of the travellers, or for any reason whatsoever. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours or portions thereof. The sole and exclusive responsibility and liability of the airline shall be in accordance with and as limited in the contract of carriage in the traveller’s ticket, the applicable tariffs, and provisions of the Warsaw Convention, if applicable.
The airline shall not be responsible or liable for any act, omission or occurrence not limited to hotel accommodations, restaurants, guide services and transportation (other than the airline) that are furnished by contractors that are independent and that do not act on behalf of the airline, are not servants of the airline and with whom the airline does not have any business relationships, as joint ventures or otherwise.
Further, the airline shall not be responsible or liable in any way for the accuracy of representations of the Vegas Tours and its agents on tour services other than those contained in the brochure. The services of any I.A.T.A. carrier must be used in the performance of these tours, and references to the airline shall equally be applicable to such I.A.T.A.N. or A.R.C. carrier.

VALIDITY
From 01 April 2006 until 31 April 2007.
